Dr. Denton Watumull
Dr. Denton Watumull is the founding physician of Regional Plastic Surgery Center, a multi-physician plastic surgery group with three offices in the Dallas area. Dr Watumull has been chosen multiple times as one of the best plastic surgeons in Dallas by D Magazine. He also has been selected the last three years in a row as one of the best plastic surgeons in Texas by Texas Monthly magazine. Dr Watumull has held multiple positions of leadership in the medical community, including Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery at local hospitals. He is renowned as an exceptionally gifted Dallas breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck and facial plastic surgery specialist.
Dr. Watumull was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii and graduated with academic honors from Punahou High School as an All-American athlete in water polo. He graduated from Clarement Mckenna College Magna Cum Laude and received the award for the top science of the college. He graduated from University of Hawaii Medical School as member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha academic honor society. His entire residency was at the top ranked University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He completed training programs in General/Trauma surgery, Plastic Surgery and Hand/Microvascular surgery (his residency was 9 years after medical school!).
His research projects earned him the Robert Cronin award for the best research paper by a plastic surgey resident in Texas. In addition, since being in private practice he was the co-recipient of the Emanuel B. Kaplan national award for an anatomical research project.

Dr. Bruce Byrne
Dr. Bruce Byrne has been a plastic surgeon in Dallas with Regional Plastic Surgery Center since 2000. Dr. Byrne specializes in many plastic surgery procedures and has been recognized as an accomplished rhinoplasty, face lift, laser skin resurfacing, breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and liposuction Dallas expert.
Born the second of three children in Houston, Texas, plastic surgeon Dr. Bruce Byrne moved to the Cleveland, Ohio, area when he was 16 years old. After graduating from Solon High School, Dr. Byrne obtained his bachelor's degree from Penn State University in pre-medicine and was a record-holding swimmer. Dr. Byrne earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University in 1993 and was invited to be a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, a medical honor society reserved for the top 10 percent of the medical students. While attending Ohio State, Dr. Byrne received a prestigious research award.
In 1999, Dr. Byrne completed a six-year combined plastic surgery training residency with the University of Kentucky. The following year, he finished an additional fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery at the University of Utah. Throughout his esteemed career, Dr. Byrne has published papers in national scientific journals and presented at national meetings. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Surgery of the Hand. He has held many leadership positions of several area hospitals.
Dr. Bruce Byrne is married to Heather, a registered nurse. Together, they have two children, Connor and Madison. Outside of medicine, Dr. Byrne enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf, volleyball, and basketball.

Dr. Joshua A. Lemmon
Dallas-based Board Certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Joshua Lemmon, joined the Regional Plastic Surgery practice in 2007. His aesthetic surgery interests include breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, and body contouring after massive weight loss. He has a special interest in facial aging, including surgical and non-invasive facial rejuvenation techniques.
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Lemmon received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and was an Academic All-American football player for the University of Dayton Flyers (Dayton, Ohio). In 2001, he earned his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and was an invited member of Alpha Omega Alpha, a medical honor society reserved for the top 10 percent of the medical students.
In 2006, Dr. Lemmon completed an integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and received honors for excellence in teaching. He then completed additional fellowship training in Surgery of the Hand, Upper Extremity, and Microsurgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Lemmon has presented at national meetings and has published in peer-reviewed national journals. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery. His reconstructive surgery interests include: surgery of the hand and wrist, microvascular breast reconstruction (including perforator flaps), and microsurgical reconstruction of the head and neck.
With a continued interest in education, Dr. Lemmon remains involved with the prestigious Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern, as a clinical assistant professor. He is a vocal advocate for hand surgeons and plastic surgeons in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
