Dr. Byrne changed the way I feel about myself. He did a wonderful job with my tummy tuck and I now also have a beautiful navel. Dr. Byrne also removed loose skin under my arms, now 2 years later the scars are almost gone.

I had my first and only child when I was 19 years old, I gained about 40 lbs. with my pregnancy and never went back to feeling good. My skin below my navel was very loose, exercise helped other parts of my body but I never saw any change on my tummy. Dr. Byrne took care of that problem with his magic hands!! He explained before the surgery that it was not going to make me lose weight, but I lost about 15 lbs. after that. Dr Byrne and his staff along with Rockwall Surgery Center are the best. I do not have one complaint. I’ve actually had about 6 procedures done since the first of the year and everyone has been great. I love the staff and love their heartfelt concern for me. From phone calls, surveys and thank you cards, all in the first 4 days after the procedures. If you are thinking of cosmetic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Byrne and his staff.

Absolutely amazing! After a 100+ lb weight loss I had so much extra skin on my arms. Dr. Byrne preformed am extended arm lift with a breast lift and fat transfer. I feel like a new woman I regained my day to day so much sooner than expected! I’m incisions look clean and I’m so freaking happy with the results! He is such a life changing man!
